This solution was designed for Skoda to retain contact with their new customers, capture feedback, and provided servicing and support.

The mobile app could be used by their customers to track their journeys. It also provided easy access to vehicle serving and other support services.

Skoda could use the app to keep track of their customer’s MOT and service dates in order to offer them offers and promotions.
